The following are our investors

MPC

Two buildings are presently under construction for MPC, one in Belgrade and one in Nis. The business building "Tri Lista Duvana" ("Three Tobacco Leaves") of 14,000 square meters is under construction on the corner of Kneza Milosa street and King Alexander Boulevard in Belgrade. The "Block 43" building of 6,000 square meters is under construction in New Belgrade. A general store of about 18,000 square meters is being built in the centre of Nis.

IMPERIAL GRADNJA

For this investor DENEZA M is currently building 55,000 square meters in Block 11A (New Belgrade), 25,000 square meters of which is the Head Office of the WIENER STÄDTICHE insurance company, and 30,000 square meters a residential/business building.

KOLING

DENEZA M is building an exclusive 5,000 square meters residential/business building in Senjak, Belgrade. The negotiations on expanding the cooperation for additional 10-15,000 square meters are under way.

ATLAS SISTEM

A business building of 5,000 square meters on the corner of Takovska and Kosovska streets in Belgrade is presently being built. The term of completion is May 2009.

ADOC

A residential/business building of 11,000 square meters in Bokeljska street at Autokomanda, Belgrade - construction by DENEZA M starts in January 2009.

JOLLY TOURS

In the Belgrade municipality of Vracar DENEZA M is building the first in the series of hotels planned to be built in Belgrade and all over Serbia. This one covers 3,000 square meters and is already under construction. The term of completion is set for the end of 2009.

GORENJE

The head office building and show room of Gorenje were completed in November 2009 and cover 8,500 square meters.

BLOK 67 ASSOCIATES

The construction of the University City in New Belgrade are under way, for the accommodation of sportsmen/participants of the 2009 University Olympic Games. There will be 1,858 apartments for approximately 10,000 sportsmen i.e. 263,000 square meters of residential and business area. DENEZA M is in charge of 50,000 square meters of the premises: the headquarters building of the 2009 University Olympic Games plus two residential buildings each covering 14,000 square meters with the accompanying garages.

DELTA CITY

DENEZA M, together with their partners, took part in the construction of the largest multifunctional shopping centre in the Balkans - Delta City. DENEZA M was the main and most reliable contractor of DELTA INVEST and has successfully completed all works within the terms, to the satisfaction of the investor and the users of the shopping mall.
With its 85,000 square meters the Delta City shopping centre offers high-quality products in numerous exclusive shops, as well as entertainment for the younger population: a multiplex cinema, a bowling alley, children play-rooms, a fitness centre, various theme restaurants and a trendy cafes.

DELTA MAXI

The first Maxi supermarket was opened in late 2000 in New Belgrade. Since then, DENEZA M has built and renovated numerous Maxi supermarkets all over Serbia, the total area being around 50,000 square meters.

DELTA M

The Delta M Group is the largest member company of Delta Holding and is responsible for developing the Maxi supermarket chain in Serbia. The "Tempo Cash & Carry" is also a member of the Delta M Group.

C MARKET

The C Market consists of 200 supermarkets all over Serbia, one third of which was refurbished by DENEZA M.

DELTA GENERALI LIFE INSURANCE

DENEZA M has completed the renovation of about ten business units for the Delta Generali investor.

PARKING SERVIS

Two parking lots with area of 6,000 square meters have been built in New Belgrade for this investor.

“SAVA” SHIPYARD

DENEZA M has built 30,000 square meters of various halls, roads and crane lanes for the new shipyard "Sava" in Macvanska Mitrovica, Serbia.
