The business building "Tri Lista Duvana" ("Three Tobacco Leaves") of 14,000 square meters is under construction on the corner of Kneza Milosa street and King Alexander Boulevard in Belgrade. The "Block 43" building of 6,000 square meters is under construction in New Belgrade. A general store of about 18,000 square meters is being built in the centre of Nis. |

IMPERIAL GRADNJAFor this investor DENEZA M is currently building 55,000 square meters in Block 11A (New Belgrade), 25,000 square meters of which is the Head Office of the WIENER STÄDTICHE insurance company, and 30,000 square meters a residential/business building. |

BLOK 67 ASSOCIATESThe construction of the University City in New Belgrade are under way, for the accommodation of sportsmen/participants of the 2009 University Olympic Games. There will be 1,858 apartments for approximately 10,000 sportsmen i.e. 263,000 square meters of residential and business area. DENEZA M is in charge of 50,000 square meters of the premises: the headquarters building of the 2009 University Olympic Games plus two residential buildings each covering 14,000 square meters with the accompanying garages. |
